Fireworks as Murathe Spills the Beans on DP Ruto’s Game Play in 2017 General Election

Fireworks as the ruling Jubilee party vice chairman David Murathe has taken a swipe at the Deputy President William Ruto, revealing the DP did in 2017 general elections.

Speaking during an exclusive Interview at Citizen TV, the second in command slammed Murathe claiming the Jubilee Party has been hijacked by political brokers and busybodies.

The DP’s statement dubbed the the Jubilee vice-Chair who promised to take actions against the second in command in a wrong way.

Murathe claimed that the Deputy President is just a frustrated man because he was stopped from forcefully taking over the party as 2022 politics gains momentum.

“The Deputy President has been positioning his people strategically. They were going to organise a sham election so that they can manipulate their way to leadership as flag-bearers come 2022,” Murathe stated.

David Murathe further stated that all Jubilee party officials were serving on a provisional basis so the Deputy President has no right to accuse anyone of not being an elected official.

“Yeye alichaguliwa na nani? nobody elected him as deputy party leader in Jubilee. Everyone is on an interim basis,” Murathe stated.

“His project to take over the Jubilee party started way back in 2017. He manipulated the nominations process so that he can hand a number of candidates who were sympathetic to his State House ambitions plans,” Murathe revealed.
