Fresh details have emerged on President Uhuru Kenyatta and his handshake partner Raila Odinga’s new plot to completely destroy the Deputy President William Ruto and send him back to Sugoi.
Reports by the Standard newspaper on Saturday 20 June indicate that the President and the Opposition Chief are working on a pre-election deal that could challenge the Deputy President’s 2022 presidential bid.
Reports further revealed that their is a legal team led by the Siaya senator James Orengo who are tasked to come up with a framework and draft a paperwork before the deal is concluded.
This is likely to come before the signing of a cooperation deal between the two handshake partners which is anticipated to take place in the near future.
The impending coalition was backed by ODM chairperson and John Mbadi who informed Kenyans to be prepared of a powerful alliance between Jubilee, ODM and other political parties.
“It is no secret that there will be a new outfit. It will be an alliance of Jubilee, ODM and other political players to strengthen the election cause and champion policies of the parties ahead of the polls,” Mbadi stated.
The Jubilee party Secretary General Raphael Tuju also stated that the alliance will start with a cooperation deal before joining hands with other political players to prepare for the 2022 general election.
“Any coalition agreement always starts with cooperation…going forward, we will engage the various political players to rally for the next polls,” Tuju stated.
This came after the DP and team stirred a new battled with the Head of State in the battle for the ruling Jubilee Party control after unveiling a parallel office named Jubilee Asili Centre.
