BREAKING: Police Officer Manning DP Ruto’s Office Found Dead With Bullet Wounds in His House

Harambee House Annex

A police officer assigned to the Deputy President William Ruto’s Harambee House Annex office has been found dead with bullet wounds in his Imara Daima house in Mombasa road.

The late officer was on duty when the former Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa arrived in the building in the company of two foreigners on Thursday 13 February to seal a Ksh39 Billion firearm deal which turned to be fraudulent.

The officer who was on duty and was manning the Deputy President’s Harambee House Annex office on February 13, 2020, was set to be interogated by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) among other staff attached to the DP’s office when Echesa visited the DP’s office.

The DCI officers have also questioned some staff attached to the building after collecting CCTV footage from the DP’s office to assist in the investigation into the matter.

DP Ruto has distanced himself from the matter, more so, a close relationship with main suspect Rashid Echesa in the multi-billion firearm scandal as his allies claim it was a plot to tarnish the second on command’s name.
