Court allows Tob Cohen’s widow Sarah Wairimu to Pick Alcohol, Shoes from Home

The High Court sitting in Nairobi on Thursday granted Sarah Wairumu, widow to slain Dutch millionaire Tob Cohen permission to her home to collect alcohol, electronics, clothes, shoes, handbags and grooming tools. In December 2019, Sarah Wairimu accused DCI Boss George Kinoti of illegally seizing and detaining her property.

She would then make an application seeking an order compelling DCI boss George Kinoti and Director of Public Prosecutions to pay her Sh500 million for damages and potential loss of her Kitisuru home.

“We are seeking an order to have Kinoti personally summoned to appear in court to render a full account of the property, including providing a full inventory and steps he has taken to preserve the condition, value of the estate of the deceased…,” she said in December.

Sarah Wairimu, who is out on bail is the main suspect of Tob Cohen’s murder.
