Didymus Barasa Threatens to Take Over All ODM Offices in Bungoma if ODM Fail to Return The Signature Hat That He Lost in Kibra Within 3 Days

Kimilili Member of Parliament Didmus Barasa, issued the Orange Demcratic Movement(ODM) party with a three-day ultimatum to return the signature hat that he lost during the Kibra by-election, failure to which, he vowed to take a drastic action to the party.

Speaking in presence of the ODM Deputy Party leader Wycliffe Oparanya at an event in Bungoma County, the Kimilili lawmaker threatened to take over the ODM party headquarters in Bungoma County and repaint the building in red and blue as his punishment for the lost hat.

“If my hat is not returned in the next three days, we will repaint all ODM offices in Bungoma. This is our bedroom and Raila is not welcome here, ” Didymus Barasa threatened.

Justifying his sentiment, Barasa told the crowd that the wrangles between him and the ODM Party leader Raila Odinga started when Raila allegedly got Moses Wetangula into problems.

Barasa lost the signature hat in question during the November 7 Kibera by-elections when he was roughed up by rowdy youths.
