Odinga’s Son Faces the Wrath of Kenyans Over His Remarks on Numerous Carwash Businesses By the Roadside in Leafy Suburbs

    The former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s son Raila Odinga Junior found himself on the receiving end over his twitter post remarks regarding the numerous carwash businesses in Lavington which did not auger well to some Kenyans.

    Raila Junior taking to his Twiter handle page, the opposition chief’s son expressed his displeasure on the numerous carwash businesses that sprouted in Lavington Estate.

    Raila Junior wrote on his Twitter tagging the Dagoretti North MP Simba Arati and Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, “At the risk of sounding unpopular, I wish there was a bylaw that made it illegal to wash your car at the roadside in Lavington.”

    Raila junior further stated that law and policies apply to everyone and each and every person should adhere.

    The opposition leader’s son’s remark was not pleasant to a section of Kenyans who fired back at him in the comment box.

    Nick Odhiambo comment to Raila Junior’s tweet reads, “If you knew the level of joblessness out here you wouldn’t comment like that. But in any case, you have never known what being jobless is. Those brothers are just trying to earn a living.”

    “A broke Kenyan just trying to make a living!” Denzin cited.

    “While the whole nation is angry at police brutality, here is a privileged kid angry at a guy washing a car to make a living,” Mutichilo Mike stated.

    “This is a boy who has never gone without food. He knows nothing about this world. This country is under state capture!,” Abraham Khatera cited.
