Passaris demanded a twitter user to outline three other reasons, other than she was beautiful, on why he opted to take her out.
The fascinating story all started when the legislator updated a tweet that she had accompanied former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, to Maranda High School, his alma mater.
Barno Onyi a twitter user, thereafter offered to take her for coffee describing her like a hot madam.

“Wow, you are so hot, ma’am. Can I invite you for coffee, please?” Onyi Offered.
The Nairobi Women Rep responded making it clear that Onyi had to meet three other concrete reasons before she consented to the request.
“You got to give me three reasons why I should have a coffee with you?’You are so hot ma’am’ won’t cut it,” Passaris highlighted.
She, however, did hesitate to clarify, “I do like my coffee hot.”

Esther Passaris had accompanied Raila who was attending a fundraising dinner to construct a 4,000 capacity hall for their alma mater as part of Maranda’s centenary celebrations.
Maranda is one of the best performing schools in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations especially since the inception of 8-4-4 Curriculum in Kenya.
