    Oscar Sudi.

The noisy Oscar Sudi leads a battalion of ten male MPs who have never uttered a word in parliament. The Kapseret MP is known for his acerbic tongue outside parliament, where he also doubles up as the noisiest, with the most stinging insults to perceived enemies of DP William Ruto. The report shows these ten male Members of Parliament have  made absolutely no contribution during plenary in the National Assembly for the period September 2017 and December 2018.

Others  are Emgwen MP Alex Kosgey, Charles Kamuren (Baringo South), Samuel Arama (Nakuru Town West), James Githua Wamacukuru (Kabete), Justus Kizito (Shinyalu), Alfred Sambu (Webuye East), and Joshua Adama (Nyakach).

The report, released Sunday by Mzalendo Trust, ranked Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wa as one of the best performing members in the House alongside Joseph Kirui Limo (Kipkelion East) and Robert Pukose (Endebess).Sabina Chege (Murang’a), Gladys Boss Shollei (Uasin Gishu) and Gladys Atieno Nyasuna (Homa Bay) were named the best performing Women Representatives.

The report also shows an  analysis of  data according to Counties  which shows that representatives from Embu, Lamu, Nyamira, Isiolo and Bomet cumulatively spoke the least while Trans-Nzoia was the top county, with MPs from across the 4 constituencies actively engaging in parliament.

Also, five Woman Representatives were also listed on the most ‘silent’ MPs.They included Anab Mohamed (Garissa), Lilian Tomitom (West Pokot), Irene Kasalu (Kitui), Jane Wanjuki (Embu) and Jane Chebaibai (Elgeyo Marakwet).
