The noisy Oscar Sudi leads a battalion of ten male MPs who have never uttered a word in parliament. The Kapseret MP is known for his acerbic tongue outside parliament, where he also doubles up as the noisiest, with the most stinging insults to perceived enemies of DP William Ruto. The report shows these ten male Members of Parliament have made absolutely no contribution during plenary in the National Assembly for the period September 2017 and December 2018.
Others are Emgwen MP Alex Kosgey, Charles Kamuren (Baringo South), Samuel Arama (Nakuru Town West), James Githua Wamacukuru (Kabete), Justus Kizito (Shinyalu), Alfred Sambu (Webuye East), and Joshua Adama (Nyakach).
