There is a racket that is busy conning unsuspecting kenyans when it comes to motor vehicle registration.
National Transport and Safety Authority – NTSA- has raised the alarm over what they described as third party agents out to con unsuspecting Kenyans during the vehicle registration process.
In a public notice, NTSA went on their social media handles to address the public and distanced itself from the existence of any firms or individuals sub-contracted by NTSA to carry out any services on their behalf.
“We hereby caution the general public that NTSA has not contracted any third party/agent to carry out our services,” an excerpt of the notice disclosed.
The transport authority went on to caution citizens against sharing their Transport Integrated Management System (TIMS) information with anyone.
“All codes and passwords for your TIMS account are sent to your mobile number. Such information should not be shared or disclosed to anyone
