The immediate former kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale is not shy to proclaim his love for the Deputy President in public spheres despite being fully aware that it might lead to his expulsion from the Ford Kenya party. Boni maintains his stand that the party may need outside help in order to clinch various seats come 2022 and the ticket to make this possible is through William Ruto.
