While many Kenyans believed that quack Doctor James Mugo Ndichu, popularly known as Mugo wa Wairimu had faced the long arm of the law, the man is free and operating other illegal clinics.
He first caught the public eye in 2015 when a Video of him raping an unconscious patient at his clinic went viral.
Multiple women who have visited his clinic also came out and accused him of rape. He allegedly sedated his patents before raped them.
Mugo wa Wairimu’s clinics are tucked away in the populous, concrete jungle of Kayole in Nairobi’s Eastlands area with one of his other clinics is at Nyama Villa Stage.

Authorities seem powerless to put a stop to Mugo wa Wairimu’s activities as the list of unsuspecting patients with few health-care alternatives grows.
Two of his employees were arrested by flying squad on Saturday following complaints from the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.
The flying squad officers recovered materials believed to have been used to procure abortion on patients.
Mugo wa Wairimu is active on social media with a number of accounts, especially on Face book.
He was also accused of operating an illegal clinic in Githurai and presenting himself as a doctor despite not having registration or being licensed as a physician.
He was charged in court for obtaining money under false pretense, employing unregistered lab technicians and being in possession of and using radiation devices without permit from Radiation Protection Board.
He was released on a KSh2 million bond with a surety of the same amount.
Police are asking the public for help to anyone who my know about his whereabouts.
This is what happens when we are too preoccupied with politics and forget to govern. The wanton stealing and negligence of the health care system will thrive as long as Kenyans keep bickering about politics. Government policies are never implimented as a result.

#QuackClinic was a real service to humanity. It will live to be remembered. I hope that the report with stir some anger & call for action. When a helpless society says enough is enough, it becomes lethal power that propels change & action. @MikeSonko @dkmaraga @JBoinnet #ActNow
