EXPOSED! Police Boss Joseph Boinett Promoting Kalenjin and Somali Police ahead of 2022

Tension is rife at vigilance house among top echelons in the police force following promotion of police officers along tribal lines.

The inspector general Joseph Boinett while under instruction of powerful forces in Government has been promoting Kalenjin, Somali and Kikuyu officers so as to have a polarized police force in readiness for the 2022 showdown.

Officers as junior as Corporals have been promoted to directors and are now holing key departments in the force. Out of the 11 officers recently promoted, 8 are Kalenjin, two Kikuyus and one Kamba.

Luos, Luhyas, Kisii and Kambas are said to be renegaded, sidelined and targeted.

Also in the scheme are National Police Commission Chairman Johnson Kavulundi and Interior PS Karanja Kibicho who have conspired to have people close to them promoted.

Among those promoted include Henry Barmao who is now the director of communication, Peter Birgen as the director of inspection, Julius Bermau was promoted as the commandant at the Tourist police.

At GSU, the Commandant is now Douglas Kanja who is related to Karanja Kibichu, Deputy is Ahmed Mohammed while Paul Meibei is in charge of operations.
