Deputy CJ Philomena Being Targeted to Pave way For Njoki Ndung’u When Maraga Retires in 2020

While Kenyans have been excited over DPP Noordin Haji’s energized fight on corruption, and while Kenyan Report had earlier told of an imminent arrest of a Supreme Court Judge, the arrest of Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu came as a surprise and shock to many.

Mixed and wild reactions continue to emanate from Kenyans especially following the ‘revisit’ warning to the Supreme Court that is led by Chief Justice David Maraga in respect to the nullification of the 2017 Presidential elections.

It has now emerged that the arrest of her lordship Lady Justice is meant to propel lady Justice Njoki Ndung’u to Chief Justice once when CJ Maraga who is 67 retires in 2020 when he clocks the retiring age of 70.

His possible replacement is Philomena, who is now grounded by Chapter 6 & Public Service Code of Ethics; just a matter of time before JSC kicks off her firing. Naturally, this makes Susan Njoki Ndung’u the automatic heir apparent to the throne.

In what has portrayed the Deputy CJ seat as jinxed for ladies, the first lady DCJ Nancy Baraza was hounded out of office over funny charges of pinching a security guard at shopping mall in Westlands. The 2nd DCJ Lady Kaplana Rawal was also kicked out office on grounds of age and now Mwilu over what appears to be a bribery claims of just 12 Million.

Lady Justice Njoki Ndung’u is a hotheaded right-wing extremist and a vicious defender of the Mount Kenya Oligarchs and that is why the Cartels want her at the helm of the judiciary.
