When the road to Canaan gets tough, NASA keeps going

National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga spoke of a looming betrayal in his political court. Terming his silence strategic Raila was speaking to mourners at the burial of his uncle Benson Atinga in Alego, Siaya County.

However, he refrained from mentioning names of the supposed Judases. Raila told his supporters to prepare for tougher times ahead. This is as he plans a fresh offensive against Jubilee, saying that the next round is not for the faint-hearted.

Discord in the alliance

This is of course amid calls from some politicians in NASA that the alliance be disbanded. The disbandment will allow the four principals to pursue solo presidential bids in 2022. Moreover, some of the NASA politicians are also still bitter with Kalonzo, Mudavadi and Wetang’ula for failing to attend the January 30th ceremony.

On the other hand, Raila accused Jubilee and a section of the media of spreading propaganda against the alliance. He further denied any claims of discord within NASA, terming the claims as rubbish,
