There is uncertainty over what President Uhuru Kenyatta will do after Raila Odinga insistence that he will be sworn in on December 12.
It has been revealed that the opposition is busy behind the scenes making demands to Jubilee. According to reports by Standard Newpaper, Nasa leaders are believed to be demanding for constitutional amendments that will lead to another fresh election.
The demands have been tabled secretly. It is believed that the secret talks is being spearheaded by some of the members of the clergy and some envoys from the European Union.
Besides, the Nasa team is also demanding the change at the executive arm of government to introduce a parliamentary system of leadership, which includes a rotational presidency among regions.
They have also pressed demand for more autonomy for counties and security to be devolved so that it is shared between the county and national governments.
The behind the scene talks is believed to have come against the backdrop of a highly divided country which might be ungovernable.
